Ms. Adornato joined in May 2008 and is responsible for investment analysis, execution and asset management within the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Ms. Adornato was employed by Patriarch Partners, LLC where she was responsible for originating and executing both equity and debt transactions. Previous to her position at Patriarch Partners, LLC, Ms. Adornato was employed by The CIT Group, Inc. for 12 years and held various roles. Ms. Adornato's primary responsibilities at CIT included originating, underwriting and executing senior secured debt transactions. Ms. Adornato has broad experience in both asset based & cash flow lending. Her experience also includes: restructurings, Debtor in Possession and Exit Financing, syndications, and corporate strategy. Ms. Adornato graduated with an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Stern School at New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
Mr. Brandt is responsible for transaction analysis, execution and asset management within the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Garrison in 2008, Mr. Brandt was employed by CastleHill Investment Management, where he focused on underwriting and managing credit strategies throughout the capital structure. Before CastleHill, Mr. Brandt worked in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on equity, debt and M&A transactions in the General Industrial and Transportation sectors. Mr. Brandt is experienced in leveraged finance and distressed investing. Mr. Brandt holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University. He is currently a director of Premier Trailer Leasing, Inc., Bristol Compressors International, Inc, CSHM, LLC and Contec Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Chimenti is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing senior and junior capital solutions for middle and lower middle market companies within the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Chimenti also leads Capital Markets and Syndication efforts. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group in 2008, Mr. Chimenti was employed by Morgan Stanley, Global Capital Markets, where he was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group. His responsibilities included originating, structuring, underwriting, investing in, and syndicating senior financing transactions at various corporate stages. Previous to his position at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chimenti was employed by The CIT Group, Inc. for 7 years. At The CIT Group, Inc., he held various roles including underwriting and executing transactions, and managing a portfolio of accounts. Mr. Chimenti is experienced in asset based and cash flow secured lending, for purposes of acquisitions, mergers, leveraged buyouts, and bankruptcy and reorganization transactions. Mr. Chimenti graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University in 1998.
Mr. Drucker is responsible for corporate finance transaction origination, analysis and execution. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Drucker spent the previous 23 years in various capacities with The CIT Group, Inc. He most recently was a Senior Managing Director and leader of CIT's Hedge Fund Coverage and National Restructuring Groups. For the period 2004 to the end of 2006, Mr. Drucker was Co-President of CIT Business Capital, where he presided over a team of 200 professionals consisting of leveraged and asset finance originators, three distinct industry coverage teams, the predecessor Restructuring Group, account managers and the risk and credit policy committees. Prior to 2004, Mr. Drucker held the role of National Marketing Manager and was a founding member of the Restructuring Group in 1989. His breadth of experience includes middle market leveraged finance for acquisitions, growth, and restructuring scenarios with emphasis on asset based, cash flow and enterprise value financing. Mr. Drucker received his B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and his M.B.A from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fier joined in October 2007 and is responsible for corporate finance transaction analysis and execution. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Fier was an Equity Analyst at Skiritai Capital from 2005 to 2007, where he was responsible for performing research and analysis on small-cap and mid-cap U.S. equities. Prior to Skiritai Capital, Mr. Fier was an Investment Analyst in the Global Equities Team at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates where he was responsible for analyzing investment portfolio holdings and managers in addition to performing equity market research. Mr. Fier received his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 2003.
Ms. George joined in March 2008 and is responsible for asset management in the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Garrison, Ms. George was employed by The CIT Group, Inc. for 21 years and held various roles. For the period 2005-2006, she served as Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the Investment Committee of CIT Business Capital. Ms. George was also employed by Congress Financial in 1994-1995 as a new business originator. Ms. George has broad experience in both asset based & cash flow lending and a strong background in managing portfolio accounts and credit analysis. Previous experience also includes: overseas assignment, managing sell side loan syndications, responsibility for underwriting in the Northeast Region, managing portfolio accounts and field examination/due diligence. Over her career, she has specialized in middle market corporate finance and has expertise in Debtor-In-Possession, Confirmation and Turnaround Financing activities with industry experience in healthcare, financial services, retail and steel. Ms. George graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College in 1986. She is currently a Director of Palm Beach Broadcasting and Anchor Drilling Fluids.
Mr. Khoja joined in 2013 and is responsible for investment analysis, execution and asset management within the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Khoja was an Associate in the Debt Products Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on underwriting and executing senior secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, as well as managing a portfolio of credits. At BAML, Mr. Khoja was also involved in credit analysis for loan portfolio acquisitions for the Bank's special situations credit portfolio. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Investment Management Division. Mr. Khoja holds a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College.
Mr. Moore is responsible for corporate finance transaction analysis and execution. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Moore was in Capital Markets at The CIT Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s sales and distribution efforts in leveraged finance and asset based lending. Mr. Moore focused his distribution efforts on CLO/CDO's, commercial finance companies, hedge funds and traditional bank loan investors. Prior to CIT, Mr. Moore spent one year at Moody's Investors Service where he was a senior analyst responsible for rating leveraged credits with an emphasis in the healthcare sector. Prior to Moody's, from 1993-2003 Mr. Moore spent ten years in leveraged finance and leveraged loan syndications at CIBC World Markets, First Union and Chase Manhattan Bank, having completed credit training programs at Chase. Mr. Moore received his B.S. in Finance from Boston College and his M.B.A from St. John's University.
